All of our pieces are carefully packed in large boxes using eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive safe and secure even on long journeys.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please note that all deliveries require a signature. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your local postal service will hold your parcel for 12 days before returning it to us. If an order is returned, any reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

For international orders, please be aware that customs tariffs and local taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the high cost of shipping, international orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Forestry is our most complex blend, created by combining Author clay with sand from both the East and West Coasts of New Zealand. A clay that captures the golden warmth of the east and the dark, rugged energy of the west. This unique body has a textured, earthy finish that feels grounded and timeless. A clay with depth and story, Forestry reflects the balance of opposites and the landscapes that inspire us.
