AIR-DRY CLAY KIT

Always wanted to try pottery? Pottery at your place awaits! This air-dry pottery kit by Modeletto comes with everything you need to make a couple of pieces from the comfort of your own home. Embrace the imperfectness of your piece, the wobbles, the creases, the blobs, the messiness of it all.

Creative ideas are limitless with these clay kits. Your piece will look great in its natural state with a couple of coats of sealer or paint with the included white acrylic paint (and colours if you wish).

No kilns are required - that’s the fun of these clay kits. However, if you'd like your piece to be water or food-safe, then you'll need to fire your piece at your local kiln before applying paint or sealer. We offer a full firing service here in our Point Chevalier studio, please check the FAQ's if your are not based in Auckland to find your local potter.
